Meet Our Coach/Financial Consultant
Dr. Khaled Abdou, CFA, CPA
Dr. Khaled Abdou is a finance coach and financial consultant with deep expertise in investments and corporate finance. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Financial Economics from the University of New Orleans and an MBA from Eastern Illinois University. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Academic and industry experience
Dr. Abdou serves as an Associate Professor at a higher‑education institution, teaching and researching a range of finance and accounting topics. His industry background spans auditing and financial consulting at Deloitte, equity research and financial analysis, and retail banking at other reputable companies. He also co‑founded Alnoor Asset Management, a Registered Investment Advisor (currently inactive), where he served as Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer.
Beyond the numbers
Outside of work, Dr. Abdou enjoys meeting people, traveling, soccer, surfing, and swimming.
